Installation:
1. Delete folder stadiums in GDB of Gameplay tool folder, for example: ...\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\Gameplay tool\GDB
2. Install the patch to the following directory: ...\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\Gameplay tool\GDB
